03 application conditions and materials
The qualified score is above 60 points (including 60 points).
Those who are engaged in the futures industry and have passed two examinations and obtained a certificate of achievement may apply by their institutions. The application materials are as follows:

04 certificate application process
The person who intends to apply for institutional qualification (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") logs on the "Employee Management" page of the Association website, downloads the Personal Information Filling Form for Futures Employees (attached 1), prints it and submits it to the institution together with the following application materials:
1, a copy of the applicant's ID card;
2. A copy of the applicant's academic certificate or relevant supporting documents;
3. Proof that the applicant has not received criminal punishment in the last three years;
4. ID card and scanned photo.
After reviewing the application materials, the institution will input the relevant information of the applicant into the "Industry Information Management Platform of China Futures Association" (hereinafter referred to as "Industry Information Management Platform"). For details, please refer to the Usage Guide of Industry Information Management Platform of Temporary Association (Annex 2). Before applying for qualification on its behalf, the institution must input all the information of the applicant completely and accurately. The original application materials of the applicant (including the materials, photos and subsequent vocational training certificates specified in Article 1 of this procedure) shall be kept by the institution for future reference.
The institution logs on to the industry information management platform of the Association, enters the column of "Employee Qualification Management-Membership Management", selects the respondent, and clicks "Apply for Qualification".
The association shall review the application materials submitted by the institution, and may require the institution to submit relevant certification materials when necessary. The association shall complete the review within 10 working days after the institution submits the application.
For applicants who pass the examination, the association will register their qualifications, assign qualification numbers, and publicize their qualification information through the association website or designated media.
If an institution needs the Association to modify the data in the "Industry Information Management Platform", please download the "Application Form for Information Modification of the Futures Industry Information Management Platform of China Futures Association" (Annex 2), fill it in and affix the official seal, then fax it to the Association, and make the modification after it is approved by the Association.

05 Examination and issuance of certificates
The examination and issuance of qualification certificates for futures business are arranged as follows:
1. The Association shall review the application materials submitted by the institution, and may require the institution to submit relevant certification materials when necessary. The association shall complete the review within 10 working days after the institution submits the application.
2. Applicants who have passed the examination shall be registered with the Association, and their qualification numbers shall be assigned, and their qualification information shall be publicized through the Association's website or designated media.
