The customer enters the interface for filling in basic information, and the basic information system such as the customer's name, ID number and address can be automatically identified by OCR directly, but if there is any mistake, the customer can modify it. Customers need to check and supplement basic information.

If customers only open commodity futures, they only need to check Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Futures Exchange and Dalian Futures Exchange.

Remarks: For the account opening business department, the customer must fill in the red part of the figure, so that the corresponding business department has the right to receive the video initiated by the customer for witness operation after submission, otherwise no one will receive the video witness after submission, remember.

After completing the form, click Next.

5. The customer participates in the appropriateness survey and completes the answer. Click Next.

6. Designate the settlement bank, and the customer needs to upload the bank card information. (If you check two banks, you need to upload two bank cards, and fill in the bank card number and bank outlets), click Upload Bank Card and proceed to the next step.

7. After the customer has completed all the previous data entry and answers, he will enter the interface of initiating video. Enter the video real name verification, please keep the microphone and camera normal, and prepare to enter the video witness stage.

Check if the equipment is normal, and row if it is abnormal.

Please be patient when the customer initiates a video witness, indicating that there are 1 people waiting in line. If there is no response for a long time, please refresh the interface. At this time, the backstage witness will receive the video initiated by the customer and will handle it as soon as possible.

Reason.

When the customer and the sales department complete the video witness, the customer needs to continue to complete the following operations according to the prompts:

Enter the interface of installing digital certificate. Customers who install digital certificates need to click Set Security Level to set passwords: If you enter "123456", the client will install certificates, and click Next after installation.

After installing the digital certificate, enter the signing agreement, and the customer can click to view the relevant agreement. When the customer confirms to sign the futures trading risk statement, customer notice, futures contract and commission form, he needs to click "I have read it" to enter the next step.

(As for the fee schedule, it is currently five times that of the default exchange, but the actual fee is charged by each business department, and the standard will be informed to the customer during the video witness. )
