Classes bought impulsively in Tencent classroom can be refunded. If you haven't finished the task and haven't reached the start time of the course, you can apply for a full refund at this time. There are only two situations that do not support quitting at any time before class: on-demand courses; Or a course to which a course task has been assigned.
There are three kinds of refund, namely, refund at any time before class, refund within seven days and refund during class.
If the course refund conditions are met and there is no refund button, please contact Tencent classroom customer service to solve it. If you don't meet the requirements and want a refund, you can communicate with the seller for a refund. Open Tencent classroom, enter order management, find the order to be refunded, and see if refund is supported. If not, you can only communicate with the organization for a refund.
It takes 7 to 14 working days for Tencent's classroom refund. If there is no refund within 14 working days, you can contact customer service. The refund amount will be refunded according to the original payment method. You can look at the bill of the original payment path and see if there is a refund. You can also look at the refund details of the course, open Tencent Classroom, click Order Management, enter Order Management, and click after-sales of the course to find the refunded course in the after-sales interface of the course, where you can see the refund details.
