Lu, formerly known as Lu Yunqing, was born in Yiyang County on June1928+1October 12, 2002. 1948 joined the China People's Liberation Army and joined China the following year. He has served as a reporter of Xinhua News Agency Corps Branch, a creator of the Ministry of Culture of the General Political Department, an editor of the PLA Literature and Art Society, a screenwriter and deputy director of Bayi Film Studio, and the fourth and fifth directors of the Chinese Film Association. 1950 wrote a novella Duel reflecting the Huaihai Campaign. This is his first novel. In the early 1950s, he published several novels, such as Snow on the Eastern Front, Shangganling, Waves on the East China Sea and The Last Winter. After Lu Lao entered Bayi Film Studio from 65438 to 0958, he was mainly engaged in the creation of screenplays. He has collaborated with others or independently created more than ten movie and literary scripts, such as Haiying, Youth in War, Independent Brigade, Lei Feng, Sparkling Red Star, Song of Triumph in Southwest China, and Tao Ruthless. In particular, The Story of Dabie Mountain in Seventy Years, which reflects the fighting life of Commander-in-Chief Zhu, and My Long March, which reflects the life of Red Army soldiers, won the China Huabiao Award and the Golden Rooster Award respectively. He also became one of the only five old artists in China who won the lifetime achievement award for movies.
