KAB Sanjia Finance was founded in 2002, named after three founders KC Chan, Chen Youjian and Billie Lam. In the same year, 3A set up a branch in Kuwait, which was regarded as the first Chinese-funded financial institution to bridge the investment opportunities in China and the Middle East, and provide high-quality Hong Kong financial investment products and related services to customers in the Middle East.
In 2004, KAB Sanjia Finance established Admiralty Sanjia Securities Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, and Admiralty Sanjia successively participated in the subscription of new shares of China Bank, Fuxing International, China Jiaojian, Huali Holdings, China Grain and Oil Holdings and other enterprises, with a total investment of over HK$ 2 billion. In addition, the directors visited Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan at the invitation of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong Government.
In 2005, KAB Sanjia Finance established Sanjia Financial Strategy Co., Ltd. in Cyprus, a member of the European Union. Under the supervision of the Cyprus Securities Regulatory Commission, KAB Sanjia Finance provides a series of derivative trading products and services focusing on foreign exchange, precious metals, indices and energy to the Group's global customers according to the standards of European financial regulations.
In 2009, KAB Sanjia Finance established Sanjia Gold and Silver Industry Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong. With the excellent service quality of the Group, we have successfully become the No.009 member of China Gold and Silver Exchange with a long history, and provide customers with precious metals investment services with higher qualifications and standards.
From 2065438 to 2004, KAB-3A Finance, together with many institutions, launched a wonderful competition for half a year in the "General Global Championship" jointly sponsored by Shanghai China Quality Futures and shanghai securities news, which has been unanimously recognized by the domestic industry since then.
