The Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau examines the forms and materials submitted by the applicant, and sends personnel to the production enterprise for registration investigation of the certificate of origin. The main contents of the investigation are the nature of the production and processing units and the ability to produce export commodities; Production and processing procedures of products; Sources of raw materials and parts used and their proportions in products; Packaging, trademarks and shipping marks of export products. The production unit shall cooperate with the investigators of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and be responsible for providing relevant materials needed for the investigation, which must be true and effective. After investigation, the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will make a conclusion on whether the applicant is registered. 3. Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will establish enterprise registration files for registered enterprises. Application for Certificate of Origin 1. Applicants for certificates of origin of all units (visa personnel) must be trained by inspection and quarantine institutions and pass the examination, and obtain the applicant's qualification certificate.
