-West: Zengcha Road (from Shifeng Road to Zengbu Bridge, excluding the section from Beihuan Expressway to Guangqing Expressway), Pearl River (from Zengbu Bridge to Yajisha Bridge), Zengbu Bridge, East Bridge of Pearl River Bridge, Pearl River Tunnel and Hedong Bridge;

-South: North of the South Ring Urban Expressway.
