Huatai Securities, namely Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangsu Securities Company, was established in Nanjing, 1990, 12. It is the first comprehensive brokerage company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, and also one of the earliest brokers in China to obtain the qualification of innovation pilot. Its headquarters is located in Nanjing.
Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai Property Insurance") is the first national joint-stock property insurance company in China. Its predecessor was Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. established in 1996. On August 20 1 1, with the approval of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, it was renamed Huatai Insurance Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 3.04 billion and its headquarters in Beijing.
