The brand names of polyethylene, polypropylene and E/VAC in this catalogue are named according to the naming method of corresponding national standards, and refer to the corresponding international standard ISO, which is briefly introduced as follows.

The brand names of polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate polymers consist of five characteristic units, which are connected by hyphens (-). If the functional unit is not used, it is connected by two hyphens (-). If the last feature unit is not used, the hyphen (-) can be omitted.

Characteristic cell 1:
The abbreviation code of polyethylene is the English letter PE;
The abbreviation of ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer is E/VAC;

The naming of polyethylene resin brand consists of two parts: the first part is the code representation of the main use or processing method of the material, and the second part is the code representation of the nominal value of the melt flow rate of the material.

The first part:
The main uses and processing methods of materials are coded by the first letter of Chinese Pinyin, and the following codes are selected for this product catalogue:
Q optical film; D- cable material; ZH plastic injection
N- agricultural film; DJ- cross-linked cable substrate; ZJ- impregnating material.
Z- heavy film; F- composite membrane; Electronic pipeline
B- thin objects; L- cast film;
The second part:
The code name of the nominal value of melt flow rate is expressed by multiplying the nominal value of melt flow rate by 100 times, but it shall not be less than three integers. If there are only two integers after multiplying by 100 times, add a 0 before these two integers; If the value multiplied by 100 times is four integers, then this number is used as the code.
Example 1: If the MFR is 2 2× 100=200, then 200 is the code name;
Example 2: If the MFR is 0.45 0.45×100 = 45,045 as the code name;
Example 3: If the manufacturer is 20×100 = 2000, the code name is 2000.
The second part of the supplementary explanation:
In order to distinguish that materials are named after the same brand because of different granulation time, the last digit of the melt flow rate code is distinguished by "0" or "1" in brand naming, that is, "1" means that the materials have only been granulated once, and "0" means that the materials have been granulated twice.
Two, polypropylene resin enterprise standard brand naming method
The naming of polypropylene resin brand consists of three parts: the first part is the code representation of the main use or processing method of the material, the second part is the code representation of the nominal value of the melt flow rate of the material, and the third part is the code representation of the polymer polymerization type.

The representation of the nominal value code of melt flow rate is the same as that of polyethylene resin.
The third part:
When the polymerization type of the polymer is homopolymer, the third part is omitted. Other polymer polymerization type codes are shown as follows:

The brand name of this product consists of two parts: the first part is EVA, ethylene-vinyl acetate * * *, and the second part is fraction: the molecule represents the nominal value of vinyl acetate (VA) content, and the denominator represents the nominal value of melt flow rate (MFR).
