After research and demonstration, the State Council decided to cancel and decentralize 64 administrative examination and approval items and 18 sub-items. In addition, it is proposed to cancel and decentralize six administrative examination and approval projects established in accordance with relevant laws, and the State Council will request NPC Standing Committee to amend relevant laws and regulations in accordance with legal procedures.

All regions and departments should pay close attention to the implementation and convergence of administrative examination and approval projects at the level of cancellation and decentralization, and earnestly strengthen supervision after the event. We should continue to vigorously promote the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, so as to make decentralization a continuous reform action. It is necessary to improve the supervision and restriction mechanism, strengthen the supervision over the operation of administrative examination and approval power, and constantly improve the scientific and standardized level of government management.
