The complainant shall provide objective and true complaint reporting materials and evidence, explain the basic course of the matter, and provide details such as the name, address and specific acts suspected of violating the law of the object of complaint reporting.
Advocate real-name complaints and reports. If the complainant is unwilling to provide personal information such as name, identity and contact information or is unwilling to report the complaint publicly, it should be respected.
