Social Performance Team is called SPT Team for short, and Social Responsibility Performance Team (SPT) is established. The target company will establish a social responsibility performance team (SPT) to implement all the requirements of SA8000. Assist management representatives and senior management to achieve standard compliance management and work execution.

The social responsibility performance team consists of representatives of social responsibility management system managers, democratically elected employee representatives and some members of environmental health and safety committees. Social responsibility performance index refers to the basis or standard set by enterprises to reflect and measure the behavior and effect of fulfilling social responsibilities.
