(1) Appearance grade standard The appearance grade of pollution-free apples shall conform to the Apple Appearance Grade Standard (NY/T439-200 1) (Tables 6-3 and 6-4).

The fruit shape is correct and relatively correct, but there may be defects, but there may be no abnormal fruit stalks. Slight damage is allowed, but there is still fruit stem rust. Wear with an area of less than 2.0 cm2 will not affect the appearance, and slight thin layer corrosion with an area of less than 0.5 cm2 will not exceed 1.0 cm2, not less than 2.0 cm2 and not less than 1.0 cm2.

The physical and chemical indexes of the green food Apple Standard (NY/T268-95) are higher than the pollution-free standard (Table 6-6).
