Article 6 The State implements the qualification examination system for road transport practitioners.

Professional qualification is the basic evaluation of the professional quality of road transport practitioners engaged in specific positions.

Drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport and practitioners of road dangerous goods transport must obtain corresponding qualifications before they can engage in corresponding road transport activities.

Article 10? A commercial road freight transport driver shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license; ?

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old; ?

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage; ?

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

The provisions on the application and use of motor vehicle driver's license stipulates that:

Article 75? Motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to drive buses, buses or police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and motor vehicles carrying explosives, inflammable and explosive chemicals, toxic or radioactive dangerous goods during the internship period; Driving a motor vehicle is not allowed to tow a trailer.

Anyone who drives a motor vehicle on the expressway during the internship period shall be accompanied by a driver with a corresponding driver's license for more than three years.
