Never heard of First Venture Futures Company. There is a capital futures company in Beijing, and one of its shareholders is the Capital Group, but the Capital Group is not the controlling shareholder of the Capital Futures Company.

The Capital Group has the Capital Securities Company. Capital Securities is preparing to acquire (wholly-owned) a futures company, and the procedures are currently in progress.
