Operation mode of unbinding mobile banking equipment of Bank of China: You can unbind it through self-help unbinding of mobile banking client of Bank of China, unbinding of personal online banking of Bank of China and unbinding at the counter of Bank of China.

1. Please log in to the mobile banking client with the original bound mobile phone device, and complete the unbinding after authentication with a single mobile phone transaction code, BOC E Order+Mobile phone transaction code (or BOC E Shield);

2. You can use personal online banking, and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding;

3. When you register your personal online banking (mobile banking), you can unbind your personal online banking at any counter of Bank of China with your valid ID and bank card/discount associated with your personal online banking.
