(4) Lean meat has good meat quality and high nutritional value, containing about 22% animal protein, which is easy to be absorbed and utilized by human body. At the same time, it is rich in minerals such as phosphorus and iron and B vitamins, and has good palatability.

Pigskin is of good quality. Lean pigskin is thin and fine, with good quality and high tanning grade.
