Since the 1960s, banks, securities and insurance companies began to use computers instead of manual work, marking the beginning of the information process. With the advent of the Internet era in the late 1990s, the process of financial industry informatization [1] has developed rapidly. Looking back on the whole process, the starting points of the banking, securities and insurance industries are different, but the development process is similar, which generally goes through the following four stages:
(1) offline service processing
(2) Online business processing
(3) Informatization of business decision-making
(4) Business integration and intelligent decision-making
From the development process, we can see that the financial industry has gone through the stages of IT-led change, IT and business integration, IT support innovation and so on.
