5. 10 years of use of other small and micro commercial passenger vehicles, and 15 years of use of large and medium-sized commercial passenger vehicles years;

6. Special school buses are used for 15 years;

7. Large and medium-sized non-commercial passenger vehicles (except large cars) are used for 20 years;

8. Three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks equipped with single-cylinder engines are used for 9 years; low-speed trucks and micro trucks equipped with multi-cylinder engines are used for 12 years; dangerous goods transport trucks are used for 10 years; other trucks (including semi-trucks) Trailer tractors and full-trailer tractors) are used for 15 years;

For small and micro taxi passenger vehicles (except pure electric vehicles) and motorcycles, relevant departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate regulations that are stricter than the above-mentioned service life based on local actual conditions, but small , Mini passenger taxis must be no less than 6 years old, three-wheel motorcycles must be no less than 10 years old, and other motorcycles must be no less than 11 years old. There is no service life limit for small and micro non-commercial passenger vehicles, large non-commercial cars, and wheeled special mechanical vehicles. The starting date of the service life of a motor vehicle is calculated based on the registration date. However, if the registration formalities have not been completed for more than 2 years since the date of leaving the factory, the starting date will be calculated based on the date of leaving the factory.

"Standard Regulations on Compulsory Scrapping of Motor Vehicles"

Article 4 If a registered motor vehicle falls into any of the following circumstances, it shall be compulsorily scrapped. People should sell their motor vehicles to scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises. The scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprise shall register, dismantle, and destroy the scrapped motor vehicle in accordance with regulations, and submit the scrapped motor vehicle registration certificate, number plate, and driving license to the traffic management department of the public security organ for cancellation:

(1 ) has reached the service life specified in Article 5 of these regulations;

(2) After repairs and adjustments, it still does not meet the relevant requirements of the national motor vehicle safety technical standards for vehicles in use;

(3) After repairs and adjustments or the adoption of control technology, the emission of pollutants or noise into the atmosphere still does not meet the relevant requirements of national standards for vehicles in use;

(4) After the expiration of the inspection validity period, the vehicle continues to emit pollutants or noise for 3 consecutive years Failure to obtain the motor vehicle inspection mark within one motor vehicle inspection cycle.
