Dalian Commodity Exchange Linear Low Density Polyethylene Delivery Quality Standard
(F/DCE L00 1-2007)
1 Subject content and scope of application
1. 1 This standard specifies the quality index of linear low-density polyethylene delivered by Dalian Commodity Exchange.
1.2 This standard is applicable to the delivery standard of linear low-density polyethylene futures contracts of Dalian Commodity Exchange.
2 reference standard
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard by reference. All subsequent modifications (excluding errata) or revisions of dated reference documents are not applicable to this standard. For undated reference documents, the latest edition is applicable to this standard.

3 technical requirements
3. 1 linear low-density polyethylene is a natural, cylindrical or oblate particle, and the particle size in any direction should be 2-5mm, without metal and mechanical impurities.
3.2 The quality index of linear low density polyethylene shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

3.2. The nominal density of1linear low density polyethylene is in the interval [0.9 15, 0.923], and the deviation between the product density and the nominal value is not more than 0.003g/cm3.
4 test method
4. 1 sampling requirements shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T 6678 and GB/T 6679.
4.2 Quality indicators shall be inspected according to GB/T 15 182.
5 Marking, packaging and storage
5. 1 mark
The product logo should be printed on the linear low density polyethylene packaging bag. Marks include: trademark, product name, manufacturer name, product standard number, product brand number, batch number and net weight.
5.2 packaging
The original packaging is used, and the net weight of each bag of bagged products is 25Kg. Packaging materials should ensure that the products are not polluted and leaked during repeated transportation, stacking and storage, and can be moisture-proof and dustproof.
5.3 storage
Linear low density polyethylene should be stored in a ventilated, dry, clean warehouse with good fire control facilities. When stored, it should be far away from heat sources to prevent direct sunlight, and it is forbidden to pile up in the open air.
