For the credit business during the normal account opening period, the Credit Information Center will update it every month. However, after the credit business is closed or settled, its information will not be updated.
Supported authentication methods:
In order to ensure the personal information security of the information subject, it is necessary to verify the identity of the information subject when querying credit information online. Optional verification methods include: digital certificate verification, bank card verification, mobile financial IC card verification and problem verification.
1, "digital certificate verification" means that you use authoritative electronic documents issued by third-party certification bodies to prove your identity. At present, the platform uses certificates issued by banks or institutions cooperating with China Financial Certification Center (CFCA) for identity verification.
If you have ever handled a digital certificate issued by a bank or institution cooperating with China Financial Certification Center (CFCA) (see Question 7 for the list of banks), you can choose the "Digital Certificate Verification" mode.
2. "Question verification" means you answer five privacy questions online (the questions are set according to the information in my credit report). When the answer you provide matches the information included in the personal credit information system, you can pass the identity verification.
If you have applied for a loan or have a credit card (including quasi-credit card) in use, and this information has been submitted to the personal credit information system, then you can choose the "problem verification" method.
3. "Bank card verification" means that you can verify your identity by entering the information such as your name, certificate type, certificate number and mobile phone number when you apply for a bank card in China UnionPay system.
If you have a bank card with UnionPay logo and online payment enabled by UnionPay (please refer to the bank card verification page for the list of supported bank cards), you can select "Bank Card Verification" for authentication.
4. "Mobile financial IC card verification" means that you use mobile terminals such as mobile phones to access the Internet personal credit information service platform, and with the help of a mobile financial IC card loaded with a personal authentication certificate issued by MTPS (hereinafter referred to as "MTPS personal authentication certificate"), you can verify your true identity by inputting information such as the MTPS personal authentication certificate PIN code.
If you apply for a mobile financial IC card and apply to load the MTPS personal authentication certificate, you can choose the mode of "mobile financial IC card authentication".
Note: Bank card, digital certificate or question verification method can be selected through computer access platform, and mobile financial IC card or question verification method can be selected through mobile phone access platform.
