The Regulations on the Management of Futures Trading was promulgated on March 6, 2007. The State Council Order No.489 of the People's Republic of China was promulgated, and the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading was revised for the first time according to Order No.627 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on October 24th, 20 18. 1 these regulations are divided into general rules, futures exchanges, futures companies, basic rules of futures trading, futures industry associations, supervision and management, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions, and shall come into force on April 15, 2007. 1On June 2, 999, the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading issued by the State Council was abolished.
