The main responsibilities of the general manager of Ping An Bank Wealth Team are:

(1) Organize team members to explore, maintain and manage the relationship between their customers and potential customers, accompany customers to visit, explore customers' potential wealth and safety planning needs, and provide comprehensive asset allocation services according to policy changes and the needs of safety and investment wealth management products; (2) Be responsible for the formation and management of the team, decompose and formulate specific work plans to achieve the business objectives of the team in combination with the characteristics of the business team, and improve the skills and productivity of team members; (3) Implement the classified customer operation business model of the Head Office, make daily distribution and structural adjustment to the customer operation relationship of team members, improve efficiency, ensure the fair implementation of compliance and risk control requirements, ensure the continuous operation of the team with high quality, and coordinate the handling of customer complaints.
