When the price of Brent crude oil futures index is higher than the previous trading day, Brent crude oil futures index rises, which means that there are more bullish investors than bearish investors that day. On the contrary, when the price of Brent crude oil futures index is lower than the previous trading day, Brent crude oil futures index falls, which means that there are more bearish investors than bullish investors that day.
