Basic composition of k-line
1.k line consists of shadow lines and entities. The position and length of the shadow line and the length of solid, hollow or solid determine the different types of K-line.
2. The K-line is divided into yin and yang, the positive line indicates that the stock price rises at the close, and the K-line entity is represented by a solid line or a red column; The negative line indicates that the stock price fell at the close, and the K-line entity is represented by a hollow or green column. The upper and lower horizontal lines of the entity indicate the opening price and closing price of the day, with the closing price of the positive line above and the opening price of the negative line above.
3. Upper and lower shadow lines, the upper part of the entity is called upper shadow line and the lower part is called lower shadow line. The highest point of the upper shadow line indicates the highest point of the stock price of the day, and the lowest point of the lower shadow line indicates the lowest point of the stock price of the day.
K-line classification
1.k line can be used to record different types of price changes such as market index, industry, sector, concept stocks and individual stocks.
2.k line can also be classified according to the recorded time period. The commonly used long periods are daily K-line, weekly K-line, monthly K-line and annual K-line; The short-period K-line consists of hour K-line, 30-minute K-line, 15-minute K-line, 5-minute K-line and 1 minute K-line.
3. Each long-period K-line contains several short-period K-lines. For example, after four complete hour K-lines appear, a complete day K-line appears. Therefore, the longer the K-line period, the more accurate the trend, and the long-period K-line is often used to look at the medium and long-term trend.
The meaning of hatching and entity
1. The longer the upper shadow line, the greater the resistance above when the stock price rises; The shorter, the weaker the strength of the empty side, and the easier it is for the stock price to rise; If there is no upper shadow line, it means that the air force is very weak, and everyone agrees to see more.
2. In the same way, the longer the shadow line, the stronger the support below when the stock price falls, and it is difficult for the stock price to fall at this position. There is no shadow line, indicating that the empty side has hardly worked hard, and the stock price has risen all the way from the opening.
3. The longer the entity is, the greater the strength gap between the long and short sides. The Changyang line shows that the strength of many parties is far stronger than that of the empty side. The shorter the entity, the closer the strength of the two sides, and it is difficult to tell the winner at the moment.
Type of k line
Conventional K-line: most of them are long entities with upper and lower hatching, and those with short entities or incomplete hatching are called special K-lines:
1. Bare-headed and barefoot K-line means that there is only a solid part, lacking upper and lower shadow lines. Dayang Line means that many parties completely control the situation, and Yin Da Line means that the empty side dominates the market trend.
2. The lack of upper shadow line is called bald K line, and the lack of lower shadow line is called barefoot K line. This kind of K-line generally has obvious indicating significance when the shadow line that is not missing is long.
3. The upper and lower shadow lines are longer and the entities are shorter, which are generally called cross stars, indicating that the two sides are in a radical contest.
4. The hammer line or T-shaped line is generally a short entity, without a shadow line, which is also an obvious long-short signal.
