According to the relevant provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law:

1, food business beyond the shelf life, by the relevant competent departments in accordance with the division of responsibilities, confiscate the illegal income, illegal production and sales of food and used for illegal production and operation of tools, equipment, raw materials and other items;

2. If the value of illegal food sales is less than 1000 yuan, a fine of more than 2,000 yuan and less than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed;

3. If the value of the goods exceeds 10,000 yuan, a fine of five times or more and ten times or less shall be imposed;

4. If the circumstances are serious, the license shall be revoked;

5. When producing and selling food that does not meet the food safety standards, consumers may require the producers and sellers to pay ten times the price in addition to the losses.
