Anhui Shang Hui Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. (formerly Anhui Huawu Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.) was established in February, 1996. It is the first futures brokerage company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is also the first futures company in Anhui Province with the qualification of financial futures brokerage business. Anhui Shang Hui Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. is controlled by Anhui Shang Hui Group Company, headquartered in Hefei, with sales offices in Dalian, Wuhu, Maanshan and Fuyang; Both Shanghai and Zhengzhou have representative offices. As a member of China Futures Association, the company has full membership of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and China Financial Futures Exchange.
