1. From 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day, trucks are prohibited from passing within (excluding) the Fifth Ring Road, and trucks with an approved load of 8 tons or more are prohibited from passing on the main roads of the Fifth Ring Road.
From 2.202 1, 1 and 1, those who enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (including) and the roads in Tongzhou District (excluding the main highways) must apply for the Beijing Pass.
3. Trucks with licenses from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (including temporary licenses) are generally allowed to enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (including) from 0: 00 to 6: 00 every day, and are not allowed to enter from 7: 00 to 9: 00 every day.
4. For trucks with license plates of other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (including temporary license plates), it is forbidden to drive on the main and auxiliary roads and roads within the Fifth Ring Road from 7: 00 to 9: 00 and 17: 00 to 20: 00 on weekdays.
5. From 9: 00 to 17: 00 on working days, from 7: 00 to 9: 00 on working days, and from 17 to 20: 00 on working days, trucks with license plates of other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (including temporary license plates) are prohibited from driving on the main and auxiliary roads of the Fifth Ring Road.
6. From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, trucks with license plates from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (including temporary license plates) are prohibited from passing on the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (including).
7. From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, all trucks with licenses from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (including temporary licenses) are prohibited from passing through the roads within the Fourth Ring Road (including).
