Eighteenth in the process of online mediation, the parties can independently express their wishes through voice, text, video and other forms, and put forward a dispute settlement plan. Except for the undisputed facts jointly confirmed, the facts and evidence identified by the parties in order to reach a mediation agreement shall not be used as the basis or evidence against them in the proceedings, except as otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.
