3.ATM withdraws money from other banks

According to the card issuer logo printed on the credit card, the cardholder can choose ATM machines with corresponding logos at home and abroad to withdraw cash.

4. Cash withdrawal at other banks' counters

According to the card issuer logo printed on the credit card, the cardholder can choose the bank counter with the corresponding logo to withdraw cash overseas.

Citic blue card withdrawal fee

Nationwide, CITIC Bank will be exempted from handling fees if the monthly cumulative withdrawal amount of each bill is less than 500,000 (inclusive), and 3% will be charged for the part exceeding 500,000;

Other banks are exempt from handling fees for the first two bills each month, and the excess is charged according to each 2 yuan.
