I can tell you with confidence that if you are a trader in US and Japanese stocks, 89% of them will really recruit and train you. But you don’t have to think too wonderfully, the way to make money is also cruel. Where are the wages in the early stage? How did you know upstairs that this industry pays wages to students? All income is based on commission. If you have no income for a long time, you will eliminate yourself. Less than 20% can persist until graduation. Graduation does not mean that you will have no worries about food and drink. If something goes wrong, it may take several months to regain strength. There are people who can make a lot of money. This industry has cultivated a lot of people, but it has eliminated many more. Moreover, it is difficult for people who make money to have a peaceful mind and stay in this industry. They use their income to either start new businesses or to provide for retirement. Elimination + transfer and the difference in profit commissions between different companies have created a high degree of personnel mobility in this industry, so we see so-called year-round recruitment of traders.
