The density of natural rubber is almost the same, and the weight of silica gel is low, depending on the proportion of silica added.
2. The thermal vulcanization performance is different.
Thermal vulcanization experiment is the main process to test the aging and temperature resistance of silica gel products. Natural rubber will have obvious odor after vulcanization, and its rebound will be affected. If the hardness is too high, it will lead to fracture. However, silica gel can completely remove the odor and discharge the impurities inside the rubber, and achieve a complete food-grade silica gel product material.

If the rubber cannot be completely dissolved in the solvent, the raw rubber and the rubber mixture can be continuously kneaded in the presence of an aqueous phase containing an emulsifier until a stable rubber aqueous dispersion is formed. In other words, the uses of artificial latex and synthetic latex are basically the same.
The fresh natural latex contains rubber 27% ~ 4 1.3% (by mass), water 44% ~ 70%, protein 0.2% ~ 4.5%, natural resin 2% ~ 5%, sugar 0.36% ~ 4.2% and ash 0.4%.
