Article 7 Packaging
The goods supplied must be properly packed by the seller, suitable for ocean and long-distance land transportation, moisture-proof, moisture-proof, shock-proof, rust-proof and rough handling resistance, so as to ensure that the goods will not be damaged due to the above reasons and arrive at the installation or construction site in good condition and safety. Any loss caused by poor packaging shall be borne by the seller.
Article 8 marks and numbers
The seller must print the package number, size, gross weight, net weight, lifting position, "this end is up", "handle with care" and "keep dry" and the following marks on each package with indelible paint:
Article 9 Insurance
Under CIF conditions, the insurance shall be covered by the seller at 1 10% of the invoice value. The insurance will be borne by the buyer after shipment.
Article 10 payment terms
1. The buyer shall open an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of the seller through _ _ _ _ _ bank 30 days before the shipment date, with the amount of _ _% of the total contract price, counting _ _. This letter of credit will be honored after the following documents are received by _ _ _ bank and checked correctly (in case of partial shipment, it will be honored according to the proportion of partial shipment).
(1) Full set of negotiable on-board clean ocean bills of lading, plus two copies, marked "freight prepaid", blank endorsed, and notified to the transportation company at the port of arrival.
(2) Commercial invoice in quintuplicate, indicating contract number, letter of credit number and shipping mark.
(3) Packing list in quadruplicate, indicating the quantity, gross weight and net weight of each package.
(4) Quality certificate issued by the manufacturer and signed by the seller in triplicate.
(5) Confirmation of delivery of a complete set of technical documents in duplicate.
(6) A copy of the shipping advice telegram or telex sent to the buyer immediately after shipment.
2. Under CIF conditions:

Article 11 Conditions of shipment
1. The seller must notify the buyer of the scheduled vessel and its transportation route 40 days before shipment for the buyer's confirmation.
2. The seller must inform the buyer of the estimated delivery time, contract number, invoice amount, shipment quantity and the weight and size of each item 20 days before shipment.
3. The seller must inform the buyer of the name, quantity, gross weight, invoice amount, name of the ship and date of shipment by telegram/telex within 48 hours after the completion of loading.
4. If the weight of any single piece of goods reaches or exceeds _ _ tons, the length is _ _ meters and the width is _ _ _ meters, the seller shall provide the buyer with five detailed packaging drawings 50 days before the shipment date, indicating the detailed size and weight, so that the buyer can arrange inland transportation.
5. Under the CFR clause: If the buyer fails to insure the goods in time due to the seller's failure to implement clause (3) of Article 1 1 in time, all losses caused thereby shall be borne by the seller.
Article 12 Technical documents
1. Each batch of goods must be packed and shipped with one set of the following English technical documents:
(1) Basic design drawing.
(2) Wiring description, circuit diagram and pneumatic/hydraulic diagram.
(3) Manufacturing drawings and descriptions of easily worn parts.
(4) Spare parts catalogue.
(5) Installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
2. In addition, within 60 days after the signing of the contract, the seller must send the technical documents specified in Item 1 of this article to the buyer or the end user by registered air, otherwise, the buyer has the right to refuse to open the letter of credit or pay for the goods.
Article 13 Quality Assurance Clause
The seller must ensure that the goods supplied are made of first-class materials and first-class technology, brand-new, unused, and conform to the quality, specifications and performance stipulated in the contract in all aspects. Under the condition of correct installation, normal operation and maintenance of the goods, the seller must give the contract goods a guarantee period for normal use, which is calculated from the date of arrival of the goods.
Article 14 Inspection
1. Before delivery, the seller or manufacturer must comprehensively and accurately inspect the quality, specifications and quantity of the goods, and issue a quality certificate to prove that the delivered goods comply with the relevant provisions in the contract, but this certificate shall not be the final basis for the quality, specifications, performance and quantity of the goods. The seller or manufacturer shall
