According to the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, a legal person or institution registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, with independent legal person business qualifications and conforming to the provisions of national laws and regulations may apply to become a customer of a futures brokerage company.

A legal person or institution shall provide the following information when opening an account:

① Original (copy) of business photo and organization code certificate; Original ID card of legal person or authorized agent. The above documents need to be scanned. In special circumstances, the original picture can be taken, and the clarity must be guaranteed.

(2) The original and photocopy of the business photo.

(3) The original and photocopy of the organization code certificate.

(4) Original tax registration certificate of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

⑤ Copy of bank account opening permit.

⑥ Copy of ID card of legal representative, authorized agent, order issuer, fund distributor and statement confirmer (must be checked with the original).

All landowners above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

(8) If a contract is signed by a non-legal representative, a legal person power of attorney signed by the legal representative shall be provided; If it is necessary to instruct others to act as the order issuer, fund distributor or statement confirmer, the Power of Attorney for Futures Trading signed by the legal representative (the official seal is invalid) shall be provided, and the official seal of the company shall be affixed.

The accounts of any one or more of the five banks of industry, agriculture, China, construction and exchange shall be used as futures settlement accounts.
