Different investment groups have different job requirements for buyers. The general duties of the buyer are:
1, assist the purchasing manager to do the daily purchasing work and be responsible for making the purchasing plan;
2. Conduct market research, including: collecting and investigating market information and supplier information;
3. Carry out procurement tasks according to the process, including inquiry, price comparison, sample ordering, procurement contract negotiation, etc.
4. Implement the process of purchase contract order, material acceptance and payment, and follow up and implement it;
5. Maintain and evaluate existing qualified suppliers, collect information of potential suppliers, and constantly develop new suppliers;
6. Complete various reports on delivery, cost control and discount, and provide and keep records of purchasing information;
7. Supplier data and product data management;
8. Assist the company to coordinate the relationship between suppliers and customers.
