The process is as follows: 1. To apply for the qualification examination for drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport, an application shall be made to the municipal road transport management institution at its domicile or temporary residence, and the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Drivers of Commercial Road Passenger and Freight Transport shall be filled out, and the following materials shall be provided:

Regulations on the administration of road transport practitioners

Article 10

A commercial road freight transport driver shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.
