2. Futures companies. Holding the futures trading license issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission and the business license issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it is a member of the futures exchange and a professional company specially entrusted by customers to conduct futures trading.
3. Exchange member. An exchange member refers to a company that has the membership of a futures exchange and can directly conduct futures trading on the futures exchange. Domestic futures exchanges are divided into two types of members, one is self-operated futures members who hedge or speculate for themselves, and the other is futures brokerage companies specializing in futures brokerage business.
4. Futures exchange. Futures exchange refers to an organized place recognized by the state for trading standardized futures contracts in the form of membership. It is a non-profit self-regulatory organization that provides services for its members. There are five official futures exchanges in China, namely China Financial Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange and Shanghai International Energy Trading Center.
5. China Futures Association. Under the premise of centralized and unified supervision and management of the futures market by the state, we should implement self-discipline management in the industry, play the role of a bridge and link between the government and its members, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, safeguard the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality in the futures market, strengthen professional ethics education and qualification management of futures practitioners, and promote the healthy and stable development of China's futures market.
6. Government regulatory authorities. Refers to the futures market supervision institutions designated by the state. At present, the state has determined that the China Securities Regulatory Commission and its subordinate institutions will supervise the China futures market in a unified way. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce is responsible for the industrial and commercial registration of futures brokerage companies.
