Futures qualification examination adopts closed-book and computer examination methods. All questions are objective multiple-choice questions.
The full score of each subject in the futures qualification examination is 100, and 60 is a pass. Each subject is organized in multiple sessions, and the examination time for a single subject is 100 minutes.
Basic knowledge subjects of futures
Multiple choice questions: 60 questions, each with 0.5 points, totaling 30 points;
Multiple choice questions: 40 questions, each with 1 point, with a total of 40 points (the association plans to start the qualification examination for futures practitioners in May 2022, and the multiple choice questions will be adjusted from 40 to 30).
True or false: 20 tracks, each with 0.5 points, totaling 10 points;
Comprehensive questions: 20 questions, each with 1 point, with a total of 20 points.
Futures laws and regulations subjects
Multiple choice questions: 60 questions, each with 0.5 points, totaling 30 points;
Multiple choice questions: 40 questions, each with 1 point, with a total of 40 points (the association plans to start the qualification examination for futures practitioners in May 2022, and the multiple choice questions will be adjusted from 40 to 30);
True or false: 20 tracks, each with 0.5 points, totaling 10 points;

Comprehensive questions: 30 questions, each with 1 point, with a total of 30 points.
Note: China Futures Association plans to adjust the examination of futures basic knowledge and futures laws and regulations from 140/100 minutes to 130/100 minutes, including 60 multiple-choice questions, 30 multiple-choice questions and 20 true-false questions. The main change is the multiple-choice question, from 40 to 30.
