If an entrusted agent carries out a legal act within the scope of authorization, the legal consequences directly belong to the principal. Where an entrusted agent exceeds his authority and causes damage to a third party, he shall bear the following responsibilities:

The entrusted agent has the right to refuse the entrustment at any time, but it shall promptly notify the principal, that is, the principal and the relevant parties, otherwise the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the entrusted agent.
