How does onion OMALL contact customer service?

Methods/steps:

1. Open the WeChat APP and go to the home page;

2. Find the "plus sign" icon at the top right of the homepage and click Enter;

3. Click "Add Friend";

4. On the "Add Friends" page, click "WeChat Official Account";

5. Enter "onion OMALL" in the search bar and click "OK";

6. Select the first official WeChat account in the search results and click Enter;

7. Click "Follow the official account of WeChat" to enter the official account of WeChat;

8. Send a message "Customer Service" to the official WeChat account;

9. Reply "0" and transfer to manual customer service.
