2. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

3. Have a high school education or above;

4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

With regard to the futures qualification examination, candidates can apply for a certificate only by passing two subjects: Basic Knowledge of Futures and Futures Laws and Regulations. After passing, you can continue to register for the "Futures Investment Analysis" exam.

After examining the application materials, the futures qualification examination institution will input the relevant information of the applicant into the Industry Information Management Platform of China Futures Association. For the specific application method, please refer to the Guide for the Use of Industry Information Management Platform of Temporary Association.

Before applying for qualification on its behalf, the institution must input all the information of the applicant completely and accurately. The original application materials of the applicant (including the materials, photos and subsequent vocational training certificates specified in Article 1 of this procedure) shall be kept by the institution for future reference.
