First, conduct self-examination from the overall level of the school:

Through self-examination, it is found that the teachers' morality and style in our school are generally good, and teachers can be patriotic and law-abiding, love their posts and respect their work, care about students, teach and educate people, be a model for others and learn for life. All teachers can be selfless, regardless of gains and losses, and there are no unhealthy phenomena such as gambling, selling goods and asking for property. But there are also some problems.

1, individual teachers are not strict with themselves and violate school rules and regulations. For example, going out during working hours, being late, leaving early and not registering.

2. Few teachers have a weak sense of lifelong learning and relax their requirements for political and professional learning.

3. Individual teachers are impatient with underachievers, and lack of individual counseling for underachievers. Not caring enough for students.

4. Individual teachers only care about their own interests, regardless of the interests of the school and the collective, dissatisfied with the school work arrangement, and have a weak sense of the overall situation.
