If a stock opens higher the next day, it is often stimulated by some good things on the night of the previous trading day. This kind of favorable stimulus may be the stimulus of individual stocks (such as the forecast of quarterly reports and annual reports greatly exceeding expectations), or the general benefit of some industries (such as the military industry being stimulated by certain geographical events), or the sharp opening promotion of the whole index level (such as the Shanghai Composite Index gapped 2% higher in early trading, which affected the opening price of individual stocks).
