RMB will not expire.
RMB is China’s legal tender and does not have an expiration date. Unlike some other countries' currencies, the yuan has no set expiration date. This means that even after a period of issuance, the RMB can still continue to circulate and be used in the market. Whether it is a new version of RMB or an old version of RMB, it can be accepted and used by merchants and individuals as long as it meets the usage requirements of relevant laws and regulations. The People's Bank of China will issue new versions of RMB as needed, but this does not mean that the old version of RMB has lost its value. The old version of the RMB can still be exchanged at banks and other financial institutions. People who hold RMB can rest assured that their RMB will not become invalid or expire due to the passage of time.
