Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, and in combination with the actual situation of the College.
Article 2 the enrollment work of the college follows? Fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission? Principles, and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and society.

Article 10 Students who have been admitted according to the regulations of national enrollment management and obtained the official status of our school will be allowed to graduate after completing the required credits within the allowed study period and meeting the basic requirements of graduates, and will be awarded the graduation certificate of Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University. Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees are awarded a bachelor's degree from Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University and a degree certificate is issued.
Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 11 The College shall set up an enrollment work leading group composed of college leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on enrollment work, formulating enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting discipline enrollment plans, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.
Article 12 The Admissions Office is the executive body of the leading group for college admissions. Its main responsibilities are to formulate enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time undergraduate enrollment according to the enrollment regulations and implementation rules of the college.
Article 13 The College shall set up an enrollment supervision group composed of college leaders and discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the enrollment work. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 14 The enrollment plan and related requirements of the college by specialty shall be subject to the professional catalogue published by the provincial college.
Article 15 Admission batch: Batch admission to independent colleges of undergraduate colleges.
Guangdong province is the second batch of B-line for undergraduate students, and Guangdong province is the second or third batch for undergraduate students.
Article 16 According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, our college shall, within the enrollment scale approved by the state, prepare a reserved plan that does not exceed the total number of undergraduate programs 1%. The reservation plan is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line. It is decided by the collective research of the leading group of college enrollment, and it is arranged to be used in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with a large number of students and good quality.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 17 the regulations of the Ministry of education shall be implemented? The school is responsible for enrollment and supervision? Admission system, enrollment strictly abides by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Office, based on the candidates' college entrance examination results, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates.
Eighteenth in the minimum admission control score line designated by the Provincial Admissions Committee, under the premise of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, formulate specific admission standards, and enroll students according to liberal arts, science, music and art.
Nineteenth investment ratio:
1. parallel volunteer is adopted for undergraduate enrollment in Guangdong province, and the proportion of arts and sciences majors is not higher than 105%.
2. In other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the investment proportion of arts and sciences majors is generally controlled within 100%- 120% of the enrollment plan, and the college will make appropriate adjustments within this proportion according to the situation of students.
3. The investment proportion of music and art is determined according to the regulations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students are located, and the investment proportion is controlled within 120%.
Article 20 Under the condition that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, the unified examination scores reach the admission control scores of the same batch, and meet the requirements of the college's investment, the college will select the best candidates according to the candidates' own wishes and the admission principles determined by the school.
Article 21 according to? Score first? In principle, professional classification is implemented, that is, according to the total score of the candidates in the college entrance examination from high to low, the first professional volunteer of the candidates with high scores is arranged first. If the professional quota is full, the students' subsequent professional volunteers are checked one by one. There is no difference in professional volunteer level. In the case of the same score, priority will be given to those who have higher scores in professional related subjects or have related specialties.
Twenty-second candidates who have not accepted all the professional volunteers, if there is a professional adjustment, will be transferred to the vacant major in the enrollment plan according to the total score of the candidates and taking into account the single subject score, otherwise they will be dismissed.
Article 23 Relevant subjects and foreign language requirements:
Foreign language requirements: English is a public foreign language teaching in the college, and non-English language candidates should apply carefully.
Vision requirements: the specific professional vision requirements are subject to the enrollment professional catalogue published by the province of origin.
There is no proportional limit for previous students and freshmen, boys and girls, and professional admission.
Twenty-fourth candidates who apply for the fine arts and music major in our college, when the major is graded, the total score of the candidates is calculated according to 40% of the candidates' cultural achievements and 60% of their technical achievements, and they are admitted from high to low.
Article 25 In Guangdong Province, candidates who apply for the second batch of undergraduate majors in liberal arts and science must obtain grade scores in three academic proficiency tests, and at least two of them have reached Grade C or above. When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.
In Guangdong province, the candidates who apply for art and music majors in junior colleges have scored at least two D's and above in three academic proficiency tests. When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.
Twenty-sixth by the provincial admissions office publicity that year, "ordinary colleges and universities to take care of extra candidates qualification" in the extra points to be recognized. Candidates who meet the excellent admission conditions announced by the national and provincial admissions offices will be given priority in the college under the same conditions.
Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards
Article 27 The physical examination standards for college admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.
Article 28 After the freshmen enter the school, the college will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Those who do not meet the requirements of physical examination or are not suitable for the reported major after review will be transferred to another major or disqualified.
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Twenty-ninth students' tuition and accommodation fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau.
Tuition standard: per student per academic year 19500 -27500 yuan. The specific charging standards of each major shall be subject to the catalogue of enrollment majors published by Shengyuan Province.
Accommodation standard: air-conditioned room 1.500 yuan/student, air-conditioned room 1.700 yuan/student.
Chapter VIII Policy of Subsidizing Students
Thirtieth national student loans, national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants and other student assistance measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the College.

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 33 The Articles of Association was discussed and approved at the office meeting of the President of Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University on March 6, 2002. It is applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University and will be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
Article 34 The Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University is entrusted by the Admissions Office of Southern College of Sun Yat-sen University to interpret these Articles of Association. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the state and province, the provisions of the state and province shall prevail.
