The actual cost of completing the workload (ACWP), and some data are also called AC (actual value).
ACWP refers to the working hours (or expenses) consumed by the actual workload completed at a certain stage in the project implementation process. The calculation formula is: ACWP= completed workload × actual price. ACWP mainly reflects the actual consumption index of project implementation.
Basic parameters:
The budgeted cost of planned workload (BCWS), that is, the budgeted cost of planned work.
BCWS refers to the budget for the workload to be completed at a certain stage in the project implementation process. The calculation formula is: BCWS= planned workload × budget price. BCWS mainly reflects the workload (expressed in cost) that should be completed by the schedule.
BCWS is related to time. When considering the accumulation curve of funds, it is the value of a point on the S curve of the project budget. When considering a job or a certain period of time (such as a month), BCWS is the budget expense of the job or the jobs included in the month.
