The original intention of futures is to serve the industry operation, reduce the cost or sales risk in the industry and use it for hedging.

Refers to some individual investors in futures, called futures users. Futures users refer to some participants in commodity futures trading, most of whom are individual investors and a few are institutions.

Customers cannot directly trade with futures exchanges. The whole process is that customers trade on the futures exchange through the seats of the futures company, and the exchange charges the handling fee of the futures company.
