"Sub-corruption" should belong to the category of thoughts and styles, insufficiency of positions and powers, and a negative phenomenon among negative corruption phenomena.

1) Ideological decline, relaxation of transformation, and lowering of standards. The party's ideals and beliefs are weak, confused with the general masses, and have no advanced nature at all. Putting something in your stomach, sitting under your buttocks, and using it for fun is not the concept of corruption, and regardless of the financial situation and the suffering of the people, building luxurious buildings and halls, replacing the luxurious style of high-end cars; "If you don't swim, you'll get nothing," and the phenomenon of "if you don't swim, you'll get nothing," has developed to the widespread phenomenon of "if you don't swim, you'll get nothing," and so on.

3) Work at low standards, muddle along, and not make progress. Work attitude: "Eating all day long, doing nothing"; "Thinking about things that don't concern you". Work goals: "If you don't climb high, you won't settle for low", "If you don't ride a horse or an ox, you'll ride in the middle on a donkey." Working methods: "Look through the glass, sit on the wheel and spin"; "Make big troubles and solve big problems, small troubles and small ones, no troubles, no solutions." Work route: "Go around the leader and do it for the leader to see"; "Officials give you numbers, and numbers give you officials", etc.

4) Employ people who are close to the people, and they appear to be high-sounding, but in fact they are just one word. The constant exposure of official selling and electoral fraud is proof of this.

5) Learn to push one to six, two to five, focus on hard targets and ignore soft tasks. "Futures corruption" is more difficult to detect and more dangerous than "excessive" implicit bribery such as stock dividends and fake gambling for profit. Although both belong to the category of corruption, "futures corruption" should still be classified as "sub-corruption" before it is realized.
