How is gold futures made?
The gold ore mined in the mine is transported from the mountain to the heap leaching field, leaving more than two drainage ditches, paving the heap leaching field, erecting special water pipes and nozzles, and spraying with the prepared gold leaching solution.

Water containing gold molecules flows into the device filled with activated carbon through the drainage ditch, so that the gold molecules are adsorbed by carbon. When the gold molecules in the mine are exhausted or the carbon is fully adsorbed, the carbon is discharged and enters the next process.

Put the charcoal taken out of the charcoal barrel into an oversized iron pan and blow it with a blower to make it burn into ashes (activated carbon is a kind of charcoal with high burning resistance, and it usually takes about 15 hours to burn such a pot of charcoal).

After burning, it becomes slag, and gold is already in the slag.

After the carbon residue is cooled, break it, add lead oxide (orange) and borax (the same color as salt) and stir evenly.

The evenly stirred carbon residue is put into a sand washing irrigation for calcination, and the furnace temperature is as high as 1700 degrees.

After calcining 1-2 hours, the carbon residue is dissolved into liquid, stirred like water, and then taken out of the pot. After cooling, pour out the residual carbon. At this point, the gold and lead have sunk into the bottom of the pot and been knocked out. At this time, the carbon slag also became slag, and the cooled slag became glassy. Knock it into small pieces, add pure lead and calcine it to extract as much gold as possible.

This is lead-containing gold after calcination.

Next, the lead was burned out. Gold containing lead is put into a large pot filled with cement, and coal balls or coke are put on it. Then blow with a fan, stop and naturally raise the temperature to above 1300 degrees. This means that lead will evaporate. This process takes 2-3 hours (pay attention to protection, it is toxic). After blowing lead, it is a purification step. Put the lead-blown gold into a ceramic cup, heat it to a temperature that can melt the gold, and then add hexachloramine and borax continuously to remove impurities in the gold. This step needs more than 1 hour, and 999 pure gold can be obtained by repeated purification!
