The company is a national comprehensive securities firm with an initial registered capital of 654.380+0.5 billion yuan (increased to 2.5 billion yuan in 2009), which is wholly owned by China Jiantou. In April 2007, it obtained the qualification of innovative pilot securities company. In 2008, CIC Securities acquired and controlled Heilongjiang Tianqi Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. (registered capital 65.438+0.2 billion RMB). In 2009, China Jiantou handed over CIC Securities to Central Huijin Limited Liability Company for management.
